Questions and Answers:

May I wear long sleeve shirts?

YES: Uniform shirts may be either long sleeve or short sleeves.

May I wear a thermal shirt under my uniform shirt?

YES: All thermal shirts must be worn UNDERNEATH a LONG SLEEVE uniform shirt.

May I wear khaki colored pants?

NO: Pants must be black or navy blue khaki material or black or navy blue dress slacks.

May I wear jeans?

NO: Pants must be black or navy blue khaki material or black or navy blue dress slacks.

May I wear sweatpants or shorts underneath my uniform pants?

NO: You may wear long johns or leggings under your uniform pants.

Do I have to wear a belt?

YES: Belts must be black, brown, or navy blue; no other colors will be accepted.

May I wear my jacket or hoodie in class if it’s cold?

NO: If you feel that you may be cold you will be allowed to wear a sweater.

If I wear a sweater or sweatshirt, what color may I wear? Can it have anything on it?

Any sweater must be ONE SOLID COLOR (grey, navy, blue or black). There can be no prints, stripes, multi-colored patterns or anything else on it.

May I wear sneakers/tennis shoes?

YES: You may wear sneakers/tennis shoes or dress shoes, however, no red footwear may be worn.

May I wear boots?

YES: Boots are allowed, however, you may not wear knee-high boots.

May I wear accessories?

NO: Headbands, sweatbands, baseball caps, large earrings (must be 1-inch in diameter or length only), or large purses (girls may carry a small clutch for personal hygiene items only). You may wear skull caps and gloves during the winter, however, those items must be placed in and remain in the coat lockers during school hours.
