The Registration Form is available online or at your zoned school.
Items Needed to Register your Child at Bridgeport Academy:
Proof of Residency – this could be a mortgage/lease statement or a current public utility bill such as water, electric or gas or a residency affidavit (available at any school office)
Child’s State Issued Birth Certificate
Custody papers (if applicable)
Photo Identification - of Parent/Guardian
Orientations are by appointment only. All perspective students must attend their scheduled orientation in order to be enrolled.
Orientation Times:
Mondays & Fridays 9:30am
Wednesday 3:30pm
If for some reason you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please call to reschedule.
(All late arrival will be rescheduled, no exceptions)
